Why why why would someone make their avatar in second life this extreme ?

To me thats just ... mocking and taunting overweigth persons and thats rude . and god it pisses me off.
I am not saying i am perfect . Im not saying its healthy . But i am saying . This is not something i approve of . Making fun of others is a huge fucking no no even in real life.
